EAST LANSING, Mich. – March 16 – There’s plenty of ways to connect to the broadcasts of the MHSAA Basketball Semifinals and over the next two weekends.
The Girls Basketball Finals will take place Thursday through Saturday (March 19-21) at the Breslin Student Events Center in East Lansing. The Boys Finals will take place March 26-28.
The championship games will be televised live by FOX Sports Detroit. The Class D, A and C title games of the Girls Finals will air on FOX Sports Detroit, and the Class B game will be shown on FOX Sports Detroit-PLUS. The Girls Finals will also have reairs on FOX Sports Detroit the following week on this schedule:
- Class D -March 23 - 7 p.m.
- Class A - March 23 - 9 p.m.
- Class C - March 23 - 11 p.m.
- Class B - March 24 - 1 a.m.
FOX Sports Detroit will carry the Class D and A Finals of the Boys Tournament the following weekend, and the Class C and B games will air on FOX Sports Detroit-PLUS. No reair dates have yet been schedule.
Semifinal games will have live streaming video on a subscription basis on MHSAA.tv. The Basketball coverage is part of six straight weekends of live MHSAA Championship coverage on MHSAA.tv and online viewers can catch both weekends of action for one low cost of $14.95. A Day Pass is available for $9.95. All events will be available for free on-demand viewing by Wednesday the week following their initial live airing.

Benton Harbor/Flat Rock winner v. Haslett/Grand Rapids Catholic Central winner – 6 p.m.
Goodrich/Manistee winner v. Dearborn Divine Child/Detroit Country Day winner – 7:50 p.m.
In addition, there will be free live video streams of all post-game press conferences, the post-game award ceremonies, the Three Point and Free Throw Shooter’s Challenges, the presentation of the MHSAA’s Women In Sports Leadership Award, and the presentation of the Miss Basketball Award by the Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan. The FOX Sports Detroit telecasts will also be posted for on demand viewing following each contest.
The MHSAA Championship Radio Network will provide a live audio stream of all Semifinal and Final games, and the Final games will also be available on an over the air radio networks, with WVFN in East Lansing once again serving as the flagship station, carrying all Semifinal and Final games.
A complete list of network stations will be announced on Wednesday (March 18). The list of Boys Basketball Finals network stations will be announced next week.

Concluding its tenth season this week is the radio commentary MHSAA Perspective – presented by the Amber Alert Foundation, which airs on over 80 radio stations and audio outlets across the state, generally during the local broadcasts of high school games. The program runs for 30 weeks through the end of the winter sports season. MHSAA Perspective can also be accessed from the home page of the MHSAA Website.
