A total of 75 schools are involved in the program from the Big 8 Conference, Big 9 Conference, Detroit Catholic High School League, Charter School Conference, Downriver League, Flint Metro League, Genesee Athletic Conference, Huron League, Kalamazoo Valley Association, Kensington Lakes Activities Association, Macomb Area Conference, Michigan Interscholastic Hockey League, Northwest Conference, Oakland Activities Association, O-K Conference, Saginaw Valley League, Southeastern Conference, Southwestern Athletic Conference, Southwestern Michigan Athletic Conference (Big 16), Tri-Valley Conference, West-Pac Conference and the Wolverine Conference.

The MHSAA Network delivers coverage of regular season and MHSAA Tournament competition across multiple platforms -- cable television, radio and the internet – to fans of high school sports across the state and around the world. In addition to providing content to cable partners Comcast Television and Fox Sports Detroit, the MHSAA Network features two websites – MHSAA.tv and MHSAANetwork.com – where fans can click to view or listen to content; and a radio network of over 40 stations statewide which annually carry the MHSAA Basketball Finals and the commentary MHSAA Perspective, which airs for 30 weeks during the school year.
