EAST LANSING, Mich. – June 5 – The Michigan High School Athletic Association Boys Lacrosse Finals, scheduled for Saturday, June 7, will be played at Troy Athens High School.

The Division 1 and 2 Finals originally were scheduled to be played at East Grand Rapids High School.

Here is Saturday’s updated boys schedule:

  • Division 2 – 2 p.m.
    Detroit Country Day (16-6) vs. Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook-Kingswood (12-8)
  • Division 1 – 4:30 p.m.
    Birmingham Brother Rice (18-4) vs. Detroit Catholic Central (15-5)

The MHSAA Girls Lacrosse Finals will be played at Rockford High School as originally scheduled.

  • Division 1 – 2 p.m.
    Rockford (16-6-1) vs. Ann Arbor Pioneer (15-5)
  • Division 2 – 4:30 p.m.
    East Grand Rapids (17-2) vs. Okemos (20-3)

All games will be broadcast live and can be viewed on MHSAA.TV and heard on MHSAANetwork.com.

The MHSAA is a private, not-for-profit corporation of voluntary membership by more than 1,500 public and private senior high schools and junior high/middle schools which exists to develop common rules for athletic eligibility and competition. No government funds or tax dollars support the MHSAA, which was the first such association nationally to not accept membership dues or tournament entry fees from schools. Member schools which enforce these rules are permitted to participate in MHSAA tournaments, which attract more than 1.4 million spectators each year.
