EAST LANSING, Mich. – May 7 –  When defending Division 1 MHSAA Baseball champ Hudsonville hosts Sterling Heights Stevenson Friday (May 10) at 5 p.m., the two highly-ranked teams will also do battle with another foe.

The two teams will be doing their part to promote Breast Cancer Awareness and raise money for this cause with a “Pink Game,” that PlayOn! Sports, an MHSAA Network television partner, will televise as part of its Xfinity Spring sports coverage.

Hudsonville is ranked fourth in the May 2 edition of the Michigan High School Baseball Coaches Association Division 1 rankings, and Sterling Heights Stevenson is ranked ninth.

Each week’s featured game will be presented by Xfinity to viewers on Comcast Channel 900 on the following Tuesday at 7 and 9:30 p.m., with additional replays throughout the week most weeks on Wednesdays at 8 and 10:30 a.m.; Saturdays at 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.; and Sundays at 6 p.m.  The games will be online for Xfinity subscribers at HighSchoolSports.Xfinity.com, and highlights will also be available on the Xfinity on Demand service.  Here’s the remainder of the Spring schedule:

May 10 – Sterling Heights Stevenson at Hudsonville – Baseball
May 15 – New Boston Huron at Carleton Airport – Baseball
