EAST LANSING, Mich. – April 16 –  During the regular season, highlights from selected student-produced games in the MHSAA’s School Broadcast Program are featured on the MHSAA.tv website, with Spring sports making their debut this week.

Student-produced game highlights from the week of April 8 are the barnburner in girls lacrosse between Rockford and Grand Rapids Catholic Central; and girls soccer match-ups between Plainwell and Portage Central, Brownstown Woodhaven and Monroe, and Ludington and Manistee.  Over 60 schools are involved in the School Broadcast Program.  Since the beginning of the school year, Michigan schools have produced 1,861 events, helping to contribute to the 1.42 million pageviews that MHSAA.tv has received.  In 2011-12, student-produced events totaled 2,474 over the entire school year.  To get involved, contact John Johnson at the MHSAA office.
