EAST LANSING, Mich. – Feb. 27 – The winter tournament season enters its busiest month this weekend with two sets of live-streamed championships – Individual Wrestling Finals from The Palace of Auburn Hills and Competitive Cheer Finals from the Grand Rapids Delta Plex. Both will be broadcast on the MHSAA.tv and FoxSportsDetroit.com websites.

The MHSAA Network will have 12 cameras – one for every mat – capturing all of the wrestling action beginning with Thursday’s Round 1 at 2:15 p.m. Round 2 begins Friday at 8:30 a.m., with live coverage through the Semifinals (eight mats) scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.

Wrestling begins again at 8:30 a.m. Saturday with Rounds 6 and 7. The Consolation Medal Finals begin approximately 11:30 a.m.

Championship matches for all four divisions begin at 4:45 p.m. Saturday. Viewers can watch all four mats plus awards presentations.

Cheer Finals will kick off with Division 1 at 6 p.m. Friday. The Division 2 Final is at 10 a.m. Saturday morning, followed by Division 4 at 2 p.m. and the Division 3 Final to close the weekend at 6 p.m.

Coming up on cable this week are boys and girls basketball games from the final weeks of the regular season in the Southern Michigan Activities Association, Kensington Lakes Activities Association and the Macomb Area Conference. For media outlets in Comcast service areas, here are day-by-day listings for the coming week of MHSAA Network programming on Channel 900. We would appreciate if you could run at least the Wednesday and Thursday listings, as they are the first air times for new content each week.
