The last hurrah for fall sports takes place during December on the MHSAA Network, as highlights shows for selected Michigan High School Athletic Association Finals tournaments will make their debut on the MHSAA.TV Website and Comcast Channel 900, along with full coverage of the Lower Peninsula Girls Swimming & Diving Finals.

A leader as an educator and an official with over 30 years of service to the school community, Dr. Thomas C. Smith of Escanaba has been named the recipient of the Michigan High School Athletic Association's Allen W. Bush Award for 2009.
