Fourth 300 of the Weekend Highlights Championship Round
Four student-athletes rolled perfect 300 games at this weekend's inaugural MHSAA Bowling Finals. Kyle Morse led Traverse City St. Francis to the Class C-D Boys title by capping off the championship match with a perfect 300. Hudsonville sophomore, Nick Broene, opened the Class A singles qualifying block on Friday with the first 300. The second 300 game was rolled Saturday by Warren DeLaSalle sophmore, Jack Goodell. The 300 was part of DeLaSalle's first game in its Class A Round of Sixteen match game loss against Hudsonville. South Lyon senior, Steve Roy, became the third student-athlete of the weekend to roll a 300 in his team's Quarterfinal loss to Sterling Heights. Congratulations to Kyle, Nick, Jack and Steve.
